Join us for an extraordinary event that brings together participants from around the world to celebrate the strength, resilience, and unity of military children. The Military Children Fit 2 Run is more than just a race; it’s a tribute to the incredible young heroes who navigate the unique challenges of military life with an unwavering spirit.
Starting Point 1:

The run will begin at the main entrance of the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City.

International runners, walkers, and pushers must conclude their finishes by April 25, 2025.
Route Summary (Approx. 3K / 1.86 miles)
1. Start at Fashion Centre at Pentagon City – Begin at the main entrance of the mall.
2. Head South on South Hayes Street – Follow the sidewalk south for about 400 meters.
3. Turn Left onto Army Navy Drive – Run east for 600 meters on the wide pedestrian path.
4. Join the Pentagon Lagoon Trail – This scenic, runner-friendly path avoids traffic and runs along the Pentagon Lagoon.
5. Continue North on the Mount Vernon Trail – Run northwest for 1 kilometer along the well-paved and safe Mount Vernon Trail.
6. Turn Left towards South Joyce Street – Follow the pedestrian bridge that safely connects back to Pentagon City.
7. Finish at Fashion Centre at Pentagon City – Return to your starting point, completing your 3K loop.
Finish Line:

The run will conclude at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City, where participants will be greeted with cheers and celebrations.

Health Guidelines: We will adhere to all current health guidelines to ensure the safety of all participants. This includes social distancing measures, hand sanitizing stations, and mask requirements where necessary.

Accessibility: The route is designed to be accessible for persons with disabilities. There will be designated areas for wheelchair users and other accommodations to ensure everyone can participate fully.
Relay Teams:

For those who cannot run the entire 3K, form a team relay to participate. This allows everyone to contribute and be part of the event, regardless of their physical capabilities.
